Ages 5-17 $30.00 fee, all fees must be paid at time of registration |

Age control date: The child's age PRIOR to Jan 1, 2007 Instructional League for boys and girls ages 5 & 6 will meet on Saturdays beginning January 6th. Youth league play will begin Wednesday January 3rd. Those who register after November 18th will be charged a $10 late fee, will be put on a waiting list and will be added to teams only if openings become available. Reduced Fee Program available. Ask for details. (Reduced Fee not available for late registrations) |
PAYS Certification Program |
It is mandatory that a parent of guardian of each participants be certified. Without parent certification, a child cannot play. All meetings are held at Citizens Park Gym at 6:30pm. Meetings are for parents only. If you are unable to attend, please call the Recreation Department to schedule a different time. $5.00 per family per calendar year Meetings Dates: Thurs Dec 7 @ 6:30pm Thurs Dec 14 @ 6:30pm |
