Please download the 2010 Football Registration Form and bring it to the Jonathan Broxton Park Office (465 Perimeter Road, Waynesboro, GA 30830) to register OR mail it to us at (BCRD, P.O. Box 625, Waynesboro, GA 30830).

Football Fees
$45.00 mouthpiece, jersey, new pants with pads
$35.00 mouthpiece, jersey, new pants without pads
$25.20 mouthpiece and jersey
$5.00 mandatory PAYS fee
$7.00 optional insurance
Age and weight control guidelines are put in place for your child's safety. This is an approved policy recommended by the Georgia Recreation and Parks Association and is used through out the state of Georgia.
