Boys & Girls Ages 4-12

$40.00 Includes an official ECUSL Soccer Jersey, Soccer Shorts, Soccer Socks, Shin Guards, Mouth Piece & Trophy.

Fall practices will be held on Tuesdays and Thurdays from 6:00pm - 7:00pm at the Citizens Park Soccer Fields.

All games will be played on the following Saturdays: Sept 18, Sept 25, Oct 2, Oct 9, Oct 16, and Oct 23.

*Age control date is age prior to August 1, 2010. Proof of age is required for registration.

PARENT INFORMATION: PAYS Certification Program - $5.00 per Family It's time again for all Soccer Parents to attend a "PARENTS ASSOCIATION FOR YOUTH SPORTS" certification meeting. It is mandatory that at least one parent or guardian be certified. Without certification, your child cannot play any youth sports.

	Please download the 2010 Soccer Registration Form and bring it to the Jonathan Broxton Park Office (465 Perimeter Road, Waynesboro, GA 30830) to register OR mail it to us at (BCRD, P.O. Box 625, Waynesboro, GA 30830).
